Design Consultation

Frame Construction
Every headboard begins with a frame built in-house from kiln-dried hardwood or MDF, depending on the design. We cut every silhouette (whether a standard rectangle, a dramatic arch, or a custom curved profile) to precise specifications. The frame is then fitted with the appropriate foam specification for your headboard style.
Upholstery & Detail Work
This is where the craft lives. Tufting buttons are set at mathematically precise intervals. Channel stitching is sewn with perfectly consistent spacing. Nailhead trim is applied piece by piece, hammered or glued by hand into a flawless line. Welt cord seams are pressed and aligned. The fabric is pulled, stretched, and secured with the same tension across every inch of the surface.
